Policy regarding the processing of personal data
This Privacy Policy is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018. It defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure their security taken by EasyMacro sp. z o.o. (hereinafter the “Controller”).
1.1. The Controller considers the observance of human rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the right to privacy and data protection, as its most important goal.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Controller may obtain about visitors to the website https://easymacro.net.
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing performed using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify data);
2.3. Website — a set of graphic and information materials, software and databases available at https://easymacro.net;
2.4. Information system of personal data — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies ensuring their processing;
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining ownership of data to a specific User without additional information;
2.6. Processing of personal data — any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means;
2.7. Controller — a legal or natural person that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data;
2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User;
2.9. User — any visitor of the Website;
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a specific person or circle of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons, including publication in media or on the Internet;
2.12. Cross‑border transfer of personal data — transfer to a third country or international organisation;
2.13. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in irreversible destruction of personal data and/or carriers.
3.1. E‑mail address;
3.2. The site also collects anonymised statistical data (including cookies) via analytics services such as Google Analytics 4 or Plausible Analytics.
3.3. The above data are collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.
4.1. To conclude and perform a contract with the User and provide access to the services, information and materials on the Website.
4.2. With the User’s consent, to send e‑mails about new products, services, special offers and events. Users can opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or emailing help@easymacro.net.
4.3. Anonymised analytics data are used to improve the quality and content of the Website.
5.1. The Controller processes personal data when Users submit them via forms on the Website to perform a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
5.2. Anonymised usage data are processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest to improve the Website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) or where the User has given consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
The security of personal data processed by the Controller is ensured through legal, organisational and technical measures required to comply fully with GDPR.
6.1. The Controller ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorised access.
6.2. Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties except where this is required by law or necessary for contract performance (e.g. payment processors).
6.3. If inaccuracies are found, Users may update their data by emailing help@easymacro.net with the subject “Data update”.
6.4. Processing is carried out for no longer than necessary for the purposes stated. Users may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Controller with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”.
7.1. Before transferring personal data to a third country, the Controller ensures that the destination provides an adequate level of protection recognised by the European Commission or that appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
7.2. Transfers to countries without an adequacy decision are carried out only under Standard Contractual Clauses or with the explicit consent of the data subject.
8.1. Users can request clarifications regarding their personal data by emailing help@easymacro.net.
8.2. Any changes to this Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a newer version.
